ello i am back.  So we are doing the Holocaust report my english teacher got so mad that she thought it was the worst report that she has seen in her life and threw two reports on the floor and jumped on them.  wackoo and insane teacher.  JYO is o.k. very boring because i really don't play much there because they are mostly working on the violins.  YO at Bass Hall Feb 25 i am going for sure because i get a $5  ticket. I actually enjoy band now.  2 yrs. ago i didn't like it because it was the basics which i learned from playing piano.  Now it like wants me to get like a degree in music for some reason.  I am soooo  nerveous because i want to figure out what i made on my Geo bee state qualification test to go to state Geobee competition.    For all music nerds out there i am trying out for YO.  That will be weird if i make it to YO. scary. I have to play at a Horn recietel.    I have avoided receitels for 3 yrs. new record. now i have to do one and i am completely freaked out.  Brigadoon is comming up in a week.  and i am going to have the nightmare of my life staying at school friday untill the musical is over.  With my lesson teacher.  Ahhhhhhhhhh!  maybe.  That will be very very scary.  well whoever gets this quote right will recieve a cookie. " Why don't you go and play with your chemistry set."

I am sooooooo happy.  Over the Thanksgiving break I admit that I saw Happy Feet.  Robin Williams is hillarious in the film as a mexican penguin.  It was a very cute movie.  Friday I went to All region auditions and I got my results.  Turns out that I am 3rd chair in the symphonic band.  I have never gotten that high of a chair in my whole life.  Wow.   My JYO concert was o.k. except that 2nd chair horn wasn't their so we had a little problem in the Horn section.  Congrats to all the H.S. region I heard you all did excellent. And congrats to Robyn who is playing with  the TCU symphony tonight as an honored guest.  Well I have a project due Fri.  so bye.

Turns out that the JYO is not going to D.C. because we didn't have enough people to go on the trip that means I might go to legend brass.  Cool thing is that I went to the marron out game sat.  and it was awesome.  All the yelling and the awesome marching band doing and "impossible" marching band move, and I got to see all the football players walking to KYLE FIELD and saying howdy to them .  Midnight yell was cool except that the people infront of me were pushing. I am said though because we lost.   Man I have a JYO concert on the December 4 and I barely practiced my music for the concert. oops my fault.  comment. please.

Yesterday was sooooooooooooooooooooo awesome.  I went to world youth day at six flags and boy was it awesome.  The group I was in weren't fans of rollar costers so we had to ride really slow rides.  We went to the music mill outdoor auditorium and listened to Drum Cafe.  It was cool.  They gave us paint stirers and Drum Cafe will beat a rhytem and we will beat it .  Mass was awesome except my youth groupe sat at nose bleed section and when we knelt there was concrete so it hurts.  But it was fun to see so many Catholics at Six Flags.  And congrats to the people who tried out for Brigadoon.  ya'll did great so i heard.  And the YO concert at arlington was great I can clearly hear the Horns and they sounded great. 

I am so happy I have relative pitch.   So i can hear a note and pin point close or exact to a note on a piano or horn.  It is a weird talent to have.  I am such a music nerd. 

I am board I am going to go to youth group in an hour.  Orchestra is sorta fun.  Cool part is that the JYO is going to DC and play at a ceremony and get to see the DRUM CORPS INTERNATIONAL.   it is during the summer.  Band is cool. we are working on Havendance and Orion.  It is cool the problem is that our sectional teacher doesn't even put us in chairs.   My goal is to at least move a chair up.  Well i am board I still need to get my hands on Harry Potter and the Half-Blooded Prince and read it .  So far i am reading Johnny Tremain  which is some what boaring.  Bright side is  that I am going to the Maroon Out game.  Whoop.  well later.
